About TS&M:

In 1973 TS&M Supply was purchased by three local Estevan businessmen, and in 1976 took on a fourth owner. It would be interesting to know if these four men’s dreams and expectations for their little company came anywhere close to the reality that TS&M Supply grew into. Their business philosophy was simple. Complete dedication to both product knowledge and customer service. This is still the cornerstone for TS&M Supply’s continuing success today.

Since 1973 TS&M has worked as a distributor for Centron Fiberglass products in Canada. Originally pipe was inventoried and sold through our location in Estevan, Sask. With the success that TS&M was having in Saskatchewan with the Centron products and selling more pipe into Alberta they decided to expand their operation and open a new location in Provost, AB 1999. They also expanded their business to Southern Alberta in 2001 which is now located in Redcliff, AB (since 2005).

In January 1997 TS&M Supply was sold to a larger chain of stores, and sold once again in 1998. It is now part of the National Oilwell Varco distribution chain of stores. Although it is now owned by a larger chain of stores, TS&M has maintained its local identity and is still managed by a local group of people. Its local head office remains in Estevan; where the whole business originated so many years ago.

Perhaps one of the biggest factors in setting TS&M Supply apart from the competition is its firm belief in supporting their community at a local level. They are very proud of the fact that they are now, and have always been, a very active Community Leader and supporter. Fortunately, NOV shares this belief and has allowed them to continue what they started so many years ago.

Although it began as a one store business, TS&M Supply has currently expanded into fourteen locations; seven of which are oilfield supply stores, and four of which are industrial supply stores and three fiberglass pipe locations. They now have branches in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta & Ontario, currently employing about 125 people. Through its evolution from a one store business in 1973, TS&M Supply remains a solid leader in the industry today. This can be accredited to its local management team and utilization of the vast resources of National Oilwell Varco.

TS&M Supply distributes a full line of oilfield & industrial products. It provides service, repair & technical assistance for Centron fiberglass, bottom-hole pumps, PC pumps, Multiplex pumps, and safety equipment. It also has a full service shop for pumps, valves, meters, gauges, etc.

At the end of the day, TS&M Supply’s success can all be traced back to the original business philosophy that is still followed today; 100% dedication to product knowledge and customer service!!

About Centron:

Centron International Inc. is a leading manufacturer of technically advanced fiberglass piping systems. Fiberglass pipe, commonly referred to as Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE), is the material of choice for demanding oilfield applications. Centron tubulars are designed to withstand the most demanding applications in: production oil wells, flow lines, injection wells and lines, water wells, water processing and recirculating lines, chemical disposal wells and lines, solution mining wells and mine acid lines.

Centron products feature excellent corrosion resistance, both internally and externally, without cathodic protection. They provide superior performance in sweet and sour crude oil, refined petroleum products, fresh water, brines, H2S, CO2, acids, bases, natural gas and a variety of other corrosive conditions. Smooth inside surfaces reduce solids build-up created by paraffin and scale, a primary cause of pressure loss.

Centron International Inc. is ISO 9001 registered and is API 15LR and API 15HR licensed. Centron products meet the requirements of CSA Z662-07, “Oil and Gas Pipeline Systems”, which covers the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of oil and gas industry pipeline systems.
